Overview:

Cloud Monitor is an app deployed at the cloud level. ManagedMethods has to abide by the connected service's rules and regulations. Cloud Monitor has known limitations due to cloud deployment and service restrictions.

Certain product feature or functionality is known to cause user concern. Understanding the platforms behaviors can often resolve any monitoring uncertainties.

Data Sync:

Logins - Data updates every 4 hours.

Accounts - Data updates every 4 hours.

Classrooms - Data updates every 24 hours.

Meetings - Data updates every 24 hours.

Search:

Live Email Search - Returns 1000 results in total. Downloads first 100 account results.

Live Files Search - Returns 100 results per account. Downloads 100 results per account.

Policies:

Microsoft - "Apps" configuration removed due to API availability.

Google - "Chats" monitoring unavailable due to API limitations.
