Overview:
When managing multiple accounts it's common to forget the username or password for login access. Platform login will require a Username and Password in the event SSO is not being utilized.
Detail:
Account recovery is available if a Username or Password is forgotten.
From the platform login page select "Forgot password" or "Forgot username". This will trigger a flow that allows for credential recovery.
Note:
- Recovery emails are only sent to existing platform accounts. Email inputs that do not match platform accounts will result in no recovery action.
- Recovery options are unavailable for accounts with "Enforce Google Sign On" enabled. Reset attempts result in a "Forgot Username/Password functionality is not available for SSO enabled account." alert message.
