LET'S SET UP WEBEX
NOTE: This integration is currently in beta testing and is not generally available. If you are interested in testing this functionality please reach out to support@managedmethods.com to express your interest.
This guide will walk you through the process of connecting ManagedMethods to your Webex domain.
Note: You will need to have an active subscription (or free trial) with ManagedMethods in order to use our platform. Please visit https://managedmethods.com/casb-free-product-trial/ if you would like to request a free trial.

Installation Documentation
STEP ONE:
Sign into your ManagedMethods instance.

STEP TWO:
Select the + icon in the top right of the Audit & Control Page.

STEP THREE:
Select the Webex tile.

STEP FOUR:
Enter a Title for the integration ex: "Webex Meetings".

STEP FIVE:
Enter your organization's domain (or more than one, comma separated) in the "User Domains" field. This will be used to differentiate between internal and external meeting participants.
ex: managedmethods.com,managedmethods.org

STEP SIX:
If you have any other SaaS apps being monitored by ManagedMethods, you can select it from the "Connected With SaaS" dropdown. This will use the list of users for that SaaS application to populate search dropdown suggestions within the Webex integration.

STEP SEVEN:
Select "Save & Authenticate".

STEP EIGHT:
A webex pop-up will appear, log in using an administrative webex account.

STEP NINE:
Accept the permissions required for our integration to audit your Webex domain's meeting and participant details.
Note: if you only see "Allow decryption and encryption" you are likely not using an administrative Webex account and our integration will not be able to function.

STEP TEN:
If the popup displays the text "Authorization successful" you're all done and can close the popup! Our platform will immediately fetch meetings in your domain for the last week for you to investigate. If you receive an error after accepting permissions or have any further questions, please reach out to our support staff.
