Any device. Any Location.
As many schools are not fully 1:1, or may be sending devices home with students, there may not be the ability to monitor students’ behavior and activity in Google or Microsoft. This can result in serious cybersecurity, safety, and data privacy compliance issues.
As a reminder, ManagedMethods is a cloud-native SaaS platform connected directly into your Google or Microsoft cloud domain through a secured OAuth token. Therefore, regardless of the device or location (on campus or off campus), our platform is still providing you with visibility and control into your domain’s email and file sharing in G Suite and/or Office 365.
Given the current potential need for remote learning & work preparations, we want to provide a quick checklist of items that you can use in your ManagedMethods account to keep your district data secure and continue to monitor for potential student safety issues in this critical time.
