Policy Email / Policy Violation Links Are Clickable

Using Policy Violation Email Links

You can easily navigate from your violation tab or email to the relevant information within the console by clicking links inside your Policy Violation Emails, or Policy Violation Tab.

Note: You must be logged into your console for links to work from emails.

Where Will The Links Take Me?

 

Depending on the link you click you will be taken to various parts of the platform. Most easily described, the links will take you to exactly what you clicked on. So if you click on the name of a user, you will be brought to that users detail page. If you select a file, you will be brought to the file that violated the policy, and so on.  You will find many clickable links within the Emails providing quick and easy access to the entities you have selected.
