NOTE: The tool must be run on an account within your TENANT domain. The tool will not work on an administrative account outside of the <YourCompany>.onmicrosoft.com domain.

STEP TWO:
Search your machine for "Windows PowerShell". Right click OR Select "Run as Administrator".
STEP THREE:
Using PowerShell navigate to the directory where the Authorization Tool is installed.
a. Navigate to home directory: cd ~
b. Find the PSAuthTool file and right click then select "Properties". Copy the file "Location"
c. From PowerShell input: cd <Location>
STEP FOUR:
Run the Authorization Tool
a. From PowerShell input: .\PSAuthTool.ps1
If done successfully you will receive the pre run script "Security warning".
(Error: Script not digitally signed. Input "Set-ExecutionPolicy unrestricted")
(Error: SharePoint tools required. Input "Install-Module -Name Microsoft.Online.SharePoint.PowerShell")
b. Run once with the input: R
c. Enable Advanced Logging with the input: y
STEP FIVE:
Enter your Office-365 Tenant Administrator credentials as prompted.
a. Enter the full account name: <UserName>@<YourCompany>.onmicrosoft.com
(This must be a Tenant related administrative account within the <YourCompany>.onmicrosoft.com domain.)
b. Enter only the Domain: <YourCompany>
c. For PowerShell prompt steps 3 and 4 input: n
If done successfully you will receive the "Connecting with..." status followed by a Microsoft login pop-up.
STEP SIX:
Enter your Office-365 Tenant Administrator credentials as prompted.
If done successfully the Authorization tool will begin running its process.
STEP SEVEN:
The tool will run and give administrative permission into all files and folders within your environment.
Once the prompt shows the completed "Elapsed Time" you may exit the application.
STEP EIGHT:
The tool will output a .txt log file. Search your machine for "MMlogfile-(yyyy-mm-dd-hour)"
