I Suspect a File Flagged as Containing Malware is a False Positive. How Can I See Why it Was Flagged?

Click the blue downward facing arrow under the "Scan Result" column and you will see the threat score value, a brief summary of the threat, and a link titled "Download Report". Clicking this link will download a PDF with detailed information about why it was flagged as malware. If you do find a false positive, let our team know, and we can work to help eliminate them moving forward.
