PRODUCT UPDATES

• Zoom: Multiple user domains supported. Differentiate between multiple internal versus external domain participants.
• Roles Support: Updated to reflect Shared Drives in Google environments.
• Login Analyzer improved to add details around results.
• Self-harm ML and Toxicity Risk ML models are now evaluated in real-time as soon as files/emails are detected.
• Classrooms: Integrated action for bulk Add Student(s).
• Addition for Sharer information now on Live Files Search pop-up.
• Thumbnail images are now supported for many different file types.
• Policy: Change "User Policy" subtab to to "Login Policy" for clarity.
• Search by: Added "Email ID" search parameter on both Email Messages and Live Emails Search sections.
• User Email Customization now allows the ability to edit verbiage on the General subtab Contact Information section.
• TLS 3 support for custom mail configuration. (where customer wants to use their own mail server)
• Addition to automatically add a drop-down when the user wants to add another user to the role.

BUG FIXES

• Fixed bug to ensure filters are properly applied for the Apps tab "Download as PDF" report.
• Fixes to File failure action message alerts.
• Fixed a bug where Emails were not being deleted from the Emails tab after remediation during policy violation.
• Revised "Unauthorized" spelling within the product.
• Fixed a bug to show proper unique key console warnings on the Accounts tab.
• Exclusion bug: Resolved issue saving if the name was too long.
• Fixed bug causing styling issues when using the Night mode setting.
• Fixed bug of incorrect error message when passwords didn't match during user creation.
• Fixed bug causing enabled risks to not be visible within the Risks tab UI.
• Resolved bug on Risk Tab where Quarantine flagged files did not delete from the Summary section after the "Delete" action completed.
• Fixed issue with Dropbox Files cache becoming stuck.
